What exactly do I receive?+
A polished PDF with a day-by-day schedule, hotel neighborhood guidance, restaurant recommendations, must-see attractions, transportation between stops, paid tour callouts, local tips, and any special notes relevant to your group — mobility needs, family-friendly alternatives, dietary accommodations, and more.
How long does delivery take?+
Standard delivery is within 48 hours of receiving your completed request form. Rush delivery (24 hours) may be available for an additional fee — contact us to ask.
How does the 50% booking rebate work?+
If you book your trip through Dream Vacations within 90 days of receiving your itinerary, 50% of your itinerary fee is applied as a credit toward your booking. For example, a $199 Voyager itinerary earns you a $99.50 credit — applied at time of booking and cannot be combined with other promotions.
Can I use this itinerary and book everything myself?+
Absolutely. The itinerary is yours to keep and use however you like — book directly, hand it to another agent, or bring it back to us. No restrictions.
What if I want changes after I receive it?+
Each package includes a set number of revisions (1 for Explorer, 2 for Voyager, 3 for Grand Tour). Minor clarifications are always free. A revision means meaningful structural changes like swapping a city or reordering the trip flow.
Do you include flights?+
Itineraries focus on the land portion — hotels, dining, activities, ground transportation, and routing. We note suggested arrival and departure windows, but flight booking is a separate service we're happy to assist with if you choose to book through us.
When do I pay?+
Payment is collected after you receive and review your itinerary. We'll send a secure payment link along with your completed plan. No upfront payment is required to submit a request.
What is your refund policy?+
We stand behind our work. If your itinerary doesn't reflect the preferences you provided, we'll make it right through revisions. Refunds are not offered once the itinerary has been delivered, but we'll always work with you to ensure you're happy with the final result.
